Sayaji Baug



Sayaji Baug is a garden located in Vadodara, Gujarat. Sayaji Baug was dedicated to the citizens of Vadodara. Sayaji Baug was dedicated by "Maharaja Sayaji Rao Gaekwad III" in 1879. Sayajirao built "Sayaji Baug" and also known as "Kamati Baug". Sayaji Baug is located on the "ishwamitri"river. Sayaji Baug is the largest garden. It's area over 113 acres. It has a rich flora and many trees. The garden is home to the Baroda Museum & Picture Gallery too. There are 3 entrance Gate First is at Sayaji square. 3rd one is at "Ranapratab square". secound is in between first and Third gate. First Entrance gate is just near to Vadodara "Railway Station" and "new Bus Stand". It is maintained by "Vadodara Municipal Corporation". Many Citizens of the city do come here for morning walk.It nis so beautiful garden.
